Retirement Savings Plan

Season-to-Season requirements are as follows:

  • 3+ years of service with Vail Resorts
  • 4,680 hours worked in the most recent 3 years
  • Seasonal Full-Time Positions must be worked throughout the year
  • Anticipation of working 1,570 hours every 12 months (this is validated each June)
